DESCRIPTION
The Elite Compulsory Qualifier is a competition where HOPES / Elite Compulsory athletes compete to receive Elite Compulsory and optional qualifying scores that are required to become an elite gymnast. Athletes who achieve an Elite Compulsory qualifying score can compete in Elite National Qualifiers.
