Metropolitan Gymnastics offers our students the opportunity to meet goals, exceed their expectations, and realize their dreams. For over twenty-five years, Metropolitan Gymnastics has provided south King County high-quality sports and life experiences through the great sport of gymnastics. All of us at Metropolitan have a strong commitment to the sport and, much more importantly, for the growth and well-being of our students.

Metropolitan Gymnastics features two dedicated gyms in one convenient location, providing specialized training environments for every stage of a gymnast’s journey.

Our Recreational Gym is designed to provide a fun, safe, and welcoming environment where children can build confidence, develop new skills, and discover a lifelong love of gymnastics. Purposefully designed for recreational classes, this dedicated training space features age-appropriate equipment that supports every stage of learning, from first-time beginners to advanced recreational athletes.

Our Team Gym provides a dedicated training environment where competitive gymnasts can build strength, refine skills, and pursue excellence in the sport. Featuring multiple foam pits, resi pits, and soft landing surfaces, our Team Gym allows athletes to safely perform more repetitions, develop advanced skills with confidence, and reduce the risk of injuries during training.

  • Three spring floors and a rod floor
  • Two 30-foot tumble tracks
  • Two training pits for training uneven bars, high-bar, rings, vault, beam, and parallel bars)
