Trampolining Program

Open Gym

1. We have our gym facilities available and open for the public. Hours and age groups have changed to better serve everyone!

   Thurs - Fri 12:00-2:00PM (8 and younger)
   Thurs - Fri 2:00-4:00PM (9 and older)
   Sat 12:00-2:00PM (All Ages)
   

3. Rates
   Members: $4 - hour / $6 - 2 hours.
   Non-Members: $6 - hour / $8 - 2 hours.

Our Staff

1. Metropolitan Gymnastics has a strong and supportive staff for our recreational program, which feeds into our team program. Metropolitan's head coaches were trained in Russian technique, the most prestigious and proven technique in the sport. The preschool staff is a well educated staff with over 40 years of combined experience.
